Eligibility Criteria

ARICE Scholarship in Romania (Fully Funded BS, MS, PhD)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Hold citizenship in an Asian country.

  2. Intend to enroll in a STEM-related Master’s or PhD program.

  3. Possess a bachelor’s degree (for Master’s applicants) or a master’s degree (for PhD applicants).

  4. Apply to up to three universities from the POSCO-affiliated list (see below).

English Proficiency Requirements: Applicants must submit one of the following test scores:

  • TOEFL (PBT): 550

  • IELTS: 6.0

  • TOEIC: 750

  • New TEPS: 327

Exemption: Graduates from universities in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the U.S., or the U.K. are exempt from English test requirements.

How to Apply

  1. Step 1: Submit your fellowship application through the POSCO TJ Park Foundation portal by May 31, 2025.

  2. Step 2: If selected, apply directly to up to three partner universities.

  3. Step 3: Secure admission to one of the universities to finalize the scholarship.

Note: There are no application fees for the POSCO Fellowship or partner universities.
