Eligibility Criteria
ARICE Scholarship in Romania (Fully Funded BS, MS, PhD)
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold citizenship in an Asian country.

Intend to enroll in a STEM-related Master’s or PhD program.

Possess a bachelor’s degree (for Master’s applicants) or a master’s degree (for PhD applicants).

Apply to up to three universities from the POSCO-affiliated list (see below).
English Proficiency Requirements: Applicants must submit one of the following test scores:

IELTS: 6.0

TOEIC: 750
-
New TEPS: 327
Exemption: Graduates from universities in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the U.S., or the U.K. are exempt from English test requirements.
